We have 2 distinct tracks for our adult clientele:

  1. BURN program is a combination of 30% strength training and 70% cardiovascular fitness, expect high heart rates

  2. BUILD training program is 70% Big Bar strength training and 30% interval cardio training. This class was designed for individuals that want a well-balanced workout with an emphasis on building strength, muscle definition, and feeling shredded.

    Both programs are individualized to your needs and abilities

We encourage participants to utilize out MyZone heart rate monitor system that is projected onto monitors around the gym space to help the client achieve their goal intensities. with This program expect high heart rates and shaky legs!
