It is the on going number of athletes we have sent to colleges and universities to play and succeed at their sports.
This is no easy feat, as the requirements for athletes increase in difficulty with each passing year. Our programming philosophy, which has been refined over 22+ years of working with athletes, stems from one simple philosophy:
Build a foundation of strength. Build upon that foundation appropriate levels of speed, agility, mobility, flexibility and endurance, according to the needs of the sport.
This produces a safe, effective athlete.
