Our individualized programming make up is gathered from of three general philosophies:

Base Fitness

The Base Fitness sessions a combination of body weight conditioning, flexibility and range of motion exercises. Our goal with this program is to develop our primal movement patterns, such as squatting, lifting, hinging, lunging, pulling, pushing, rotational movements. We want our athletes to be very comfortable and efficient with all these movements before we progress to using external resistance. Base Fit includes the use of Stability Balls, Medicine Balls and Suspension Trainers to assure that our athletes are aware and in control of their body mechanics and postural alignment at different movements and angles. Once we have achieved body control, adding external resistance becomes a natural progression. Each session focuses on the importance of moving and activating our joints through their fully intended range of motion incorporating 15-20 minutes on mobility and flexibility.

Total Body
In parallel with our founding philosophies to condition the athlete both mentally and physically, the Total Body program is designed for every athlete. It is a fully functional training program that combines the elements of competition and group support ensuring optimal results driving athletes to work harder, not only for themselves, but for each other. Total Body aims to improve body composition, muscular strength, core strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, power, explosiveness, stability, competitive drive and mental conditioning. What makes this program so effective for all athletes is that it is measurable and scalable for all levels.
Throughout this training program the focus is on training the whole athlete. Training starts with a dynamic warm-up followed by heart rate driven group circuits.  Classes are periodized and structured to ensure that athletes do not plateau. Within each block and circuit athletes will challenge their strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, visual acuity, reactivity, power, explosiveness, core strength, stability, competitive drive and mental conditioning.

Strength
The Strength Sessions combines strength and power training with total body core conditioning. We start the class with mobility and warm up drills directly related to the main strength movements for that day. One of the goals of this program is to develop proper technique in the basic strength movements: Squat, Lunge, Lift, Push, Pull and Hinge. This can be achieved through starting with simple initial movements to progressing into more explosive Olympic style lifting techniques. Educating our athletes on overloading the muscles with proper technique and form is incorporated with each class.. Our core section focuses on developing total body core strength. We want the athlete to be able subconsciously to activate their core and provide overall body stability in any movements or exercises they perform. This allows for optimal athletic performance, and reduced chance of injury.
