What makes this program so effective for all athletes is that it is measurable and scalable for all levels. Throughout this training program the focus is on training the whole athlete. Training starts with a dynamic warm-up followed by heart rate driven group circuits. Classes are periodized and structured to ensure that athletes do not plateau. Within each block and circuit athletes will challenge their strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, visual acuity, reactivity, power, explosiveness, core strength, stability, competitive drive and mental conditioning.
