  • Build a foundation of strength.

  • Build upon that foundation appropriate levels of speed, agility, mobility, flexibility and endurance, according to the needs of the sport.

  • This produces a safe, effective athlete. Period!

Power Adult

The Power Adult program is designed for every athlete. It is a fully functional training program that combines the elements of competition and group support ensuring optimal results driving athletes to work harder, not only for themselves, but for each other. Power Adult aims to

  • Lower body fat levels
  • Increase core and lower back strength and stability
  •  Increase endurance
  • Increase flexibility

  • Look better
  • move better
  • feel better

What makes this program so effective for all athletes is that it is measurable and scalable for all levels.  Throughout this training program the focus is on training the whole athlete. Training starts with a dynamic warm-up followed by heart rate driven group circuits.  Classes are periodized and structured to ensure that athletes do not plateau. Within each block and circuit athletes will challenge their strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, visual acuity, reactivity, power, explosiveness, core strength, stability, competitive drive and mental conditioning.
