The definition of fundamental is forming a necessary base or core; of central importance. This is exactly what these sessions are designed to do. Teach acceleration, deceleration, change of direction and bodyweight movements. These sessions move directly into our Next Gen sessions. These sessions are 10 for $99


Next Gen

Next Gen training is for athletes that are mentally and physically ready for more advanced movements but not yet ready for our full athlete sessions. During these sessions we add on to the fundamental movement classes and start teaching basic lifting technique, more advanced speed and jump training, preparing the athlete to enter our full athlete program. These sessions are 10 for $119
